Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting any equipment.
This agreement covers the rental of cleaning equipment including, but not limited to:
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners: Karcher Puzzi 10/1, Karcher Puzzi 8/1
Steam Cleaners: Karcher SC2, Karcher SC3
Wet & Dry Vacuums: Karcher WD3, Karcher WD5, Karcher NT30/1, Karcher NT38/1
Pressure Washers: Karcher HD5/12C, Karche K5, Karcher K1
Other Tools: Karcher Air Blower AB30, Karcher Scrubber BDS 43/150C
Add-ons/Accessories: Extension wires, Makita/Bosch cordless rotating brush, T5 Surface Cleaner Attachment, Scrubber pad driver
Full payment must be made after booking confirmation before the delivery of the equipment.
The company reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit based on tool type, rental period, or perceived risk.
Any requested deposit must be paid before handover and is refundable upon the return of clean, complete, and undamaged equipment.
Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
The renter must operate all tools according to the user guidelines provided.
Tools may not be altered, opened, tampered with, or used in a manner that could cause damage.
Equipment must be returned on time, clean, complete, and undamaged.
Late returns are subject to additional rental charges.
The renter is responsible for any missing accessories or attachments, which will be charged accordingly.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the moment it is handed over until it is returned.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions will be the renter’s financial responsibility.
The renter agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs for any damage resulting from improper use.
The rental provider is not liable for injury, property damage, or accidents occurring during use.
By renting equipment, the renter agrees to the following:
Photo at Handover: A photo of the person receiving the equipment may be taken for verification.
GPS Tracking: All cleaning machines are equipped with GPS tracker. The renter consents to live location monitoring during the rental period.
Document Submission: Upon request, the renter agrees to provide a clear photo of a valid identification document—IC (Identity Card), passport, or driver’s license—for verification purposes. This information will be securely stored and used only for security or administrative needs.
❗ Right to Cancel: The company reserves the right to cancel or deny any rental request at its sole discretion, particularly where risk, misuse, false information, or unverifiable identity is suspected. In such cases, any pre-paid amounts will be refunded unless there is evidence of fraudulent intent.
The company may provide detergents or cleaning solutions as part of the rental service.
While all products are selected based on general safety and effectiveness, the company shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects these chemicals may have on upholstery, fabric, surfaces, or human skin.
It is the renter’s responsibility to test detergents on a small, inconspicuous area before full application and to use appropriate skin protection (if necessary) when handling any cleaning solutions.
Use of company-provided detergents is at the renter’s own risk.
Full refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before scheduled rental time.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or after equipment has been picked up/dispatched.
By confirming on the booking, making a payment, or accepting delivery, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein.
